Return policy

1. Return Eligibility

All thermos cups and ceramic cups purchased from bedbathstores are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Defective or incorrectly shipped items are exempt from the "unused" requirement but must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package the product securely and include the RA number on the outer packaging.
  3. Ship the return package to our designated address (provided with the RA number).

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Funds will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges: Available for size, color, or model replacements (subject to stock availability). Exchanged items will be shipped once the returned product is verified.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a product defect, damage, or our shipping error.
  • Shipping fees for original orders are non - refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Customized thermos cups/ceramic cups (with personalized engravings, prints, etc.) are not eligible for return or exchange.
